Daniel Arriaga
Daniel started at Ferrowgate as a field engineer on a hospital addition and has run the company since 2016. He led its conversion to employee ownership and still walks every active site in Oregon once a quarter.
He sits on the board of a construction apprenticeship trust and is the executive sponsor of the First Hour safety program.
