Building in the Northwest since 1971.
A carpentry contractor that became a general contractor, then a design-builder, then a company owned by the people who work in it.

Every eligible employee is an owner.
In 2009 the founding family sold the company to its employees through an employee stock ownership plan. Superintendents, carpenters, estimators and accountants all hold shares, and the company's results show up in their retirement accounts.
Ownership changes how people work. A superintendent who owns part of the company protects the budget as if it were their own, because in part it is.

How we decide.
- Everyone goes home the way they came
No schedule or budget is worth an injury. Anyone can stop work.
- Say the number early
Owners hear about cost and schedule risk when it can still be managed, not when it has already happened.
- Build it ourselves when it matters
Our own crews on the work that sets the schedule.
- Pay partners like we want to be paid
Trade partners are paid within thirty days of an approved invoice.
