Senior Project Manager, Higher Education
Lead a university laboratory building from preconstruction through closeout under CM/GC.
What you will do
- Own the project budget, schedule and owner relationship
- Lead the GMP process with preconstruction
- Manage a team of project engineers and assistant PMs
- Report monthly to the university's capital projects team
What you bring
- Ten or more years in commercial construction, including laboratory work
- Experience with CM/GC or CM at-risk
- Degree in construction management or engineering
