Margaret Lindqvist

Margaret oversees operations in all four offices. She built Ferrowgate's healthcare group, delivering more than two million square feet of hospital and clinic space, much of it inside operating facilities.

She chairs the company's operations committee, which reviews every guaranteed maximum price before it goes to an owner.
