General Contracting

A lump-sum price for complete construction documents, with our own superintendents and crews running the site.

A crew in safety gear working at the edge of a high-rise deck.

When the design is finished and you need a firm price, we bid it. Our estimators read the documents closely, our superintendents plan the sequence before we submit, and the number we give you is one we intend to build to.

  • Lump-sum bids on complete construction documents
  • Qualifications and clarifications written in plain language
  • Our own superintendents and field engineers
  • Self-performed concrete, carpentry and general conditions
  • Change management with pricing backed by quantities
  • Closeout documents delivered with the keys
How it works

The sequence, step by step.

  1. Bid

Complete documents priced with trade partner bids and our own self-perform numbers.

  2. Buyout

Subcontracts awarded and submittals started within the first weeks.

  3. Build

A three-week look-ahead schedule, weekly owner meetings and daily reports.

  4. Close

Punch list, O&M manuals, training and warranty turnover.
