Self-Perform Concrete & Carpentry

Our own concrete and carpentry crews on foundations, structures, slabs and rough carpentry: the work that sets every schedule.

An engineer walking across a freshly placed concrete slab.

Structure sets the pace of every building. We employ our own carpenters, cement masons and laborers, so the critical path is in our hands: formwork, cast-in-place concrete, slabs on grade, tilt-up panels and rough carpentry.

  • Foundations, cast-in-place walls and elevated slabs
  • Post-tensioned and superflat slabs
  • Tilt-up concrete panels
  • Wood framing and rough carpentry
  • Doors, frames, hardware and specialties installation
  • Site-built mock-ups for envelope testing
How it works

The sequence, step by step.

  1. Plan the pour

Pour sequences, mix designs and cure times planned with the structural engineer.

  2. Form and place

Reusable formwork systems and our own placing and finishing crews.

  3. Test

Flatness, strength and cover tested and logged for every placement.

  4. Hand over

Surveyed, tested structure handed to the next trade on the date promised.
