How it was built

The problems this project had to solve.

The process came first

We laid out the building around the owner's production flow, crane coverage and truck routes before the structural design began.

Foundations for heavy machines

Press and machine foundations were self-performed to tolerances set by the equipment vendors, with anchor bolts surveyed before every pour.

Production started in phases

The first production bay was handed over nine weeks early, so the owner could commission equipment while we finished the rest of the plant.

1 recordable injury in 402,000 hours worked
