How it was built

The problems this project had to solve.

Working above and below tenants

Other tenants stayed in the building throughout. Core drilling and demolition ran at night, and every floor was cleaned before morning.

A new stair through four floors

The connecting stair was cut through existing post-tensioned slabs. We scanned each slab to find the tendons before any cut was made.

Move-in on the lease date

Furniture installation overlapped with our final finishes under a shared schedule, and staff moved in on the date in the lease.

Zero recordable injuries in 61,000 hours worked

Across the whole project, all trades included.
